This policy explains what information Printed City collects when you design a poster or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep this short and honest: we only collect what we need to take your order, make your poster, and ship it to you.

Information we collect

• Order & shipping details — your name, shipping address, and the specifics of your poster (city, theme, size, and any custom text).
• Contact information — your email address, so we can send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers (see below).
• Basic technical data — standard server logs and the information your browser sends, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To process your payment and create your order.
• To produce and ship your poster.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and respond to support requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service running reliably.

We don't sell your personal information.

Service providers we share data with

To run the store, we share the minimum necessary information with trusted processors:

• Stripe — securely processes payments. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Printful — prints and fulfills your order. We share your name, shipping address, and poster design so it can be produced and delivered.

We may also use standard infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery. Map data and tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap and our map tile provider.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize data we no longer need.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site, such as keeping your design and checkout session working and remembering your light/dark theme preference.

Children's privacy

Printed City is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
