These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Printed City (the "Service"), operated by Printed City ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property, including by adding text, names, or marks you don't have the right to use.

We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

Your content & responsibility for accuracy

You're responsible for the choices you make when designing a poster, including the city and map area you select and any custom headline, divider, or tagline text you enter. Because each poster is custom-made to your specifications, please review your design and spelling carefully before checkout — what you see in the preview is what gets printed.

By submitting custom text, you represent that you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Map data & intellectual property

Map data used to generate posters is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Map tiles and rendering may be provided by additional third-party services subject to their own terms.

The Printed City name, site design, software, and original visual styling are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the custom text you provide.

Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe; orders are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, and shipping by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that colors on screen will exactly match the printed result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printed City and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printed City from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your custom content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
